I have an older Phillips tube set that weighs a ton. They came to the house, diagnosed the problem, and fixed my set at my house on the spot – the same day I called. It was very interesting to watch the tech and he explained everything to me as he worked. They also wrote a very professional diagnosis letter for my insurance claim and got it to me right away. "The person answering their phone was very knowledgeable and set up an appointment for the next morning. The repairman arrived on time and quickly went to work, replacing the bad capacitors causing my problem and also finding a small fan which was nearing failure. I found their work to be excellent and their pricing reasonable."

"The person answering their phone was very knowledgeable and set up an appointment for the next morning. The repairman arrived on time and quickly went to work, replacing the bad capacitors causing my problem and also finding a small fan which was nearing failure.
